I am a filmmaker with a background in product and speculative design. In my role as a Lecturer in Film on MA Regenerative Design, I support graduates in their film development and guides first-year students in exploring film as a place-based research process.
I graduated in 2016 with an MA in Material Futures, where I gained experience in developing future scenarios and creating my own audiovisual language. My work focuses on narratives that explore and challenge social norms, addressing topics such as motherhood, queerness, and neurodiversity.
In my most recent film, Sun in the Night, I experiment with a hybrid narrative form that blends fiction and documentary, combining fictional scenes, archival materials, and interviews to rewrite my family history. As a filmmaker, I seek to push the boundaries of filmmaking and experiment further in my future projects.
