Fashion studios

The Fashion Studios are focused on pattern cutting and garment construction. While any student is welcome to visit us, our studios are used primarily by students on fashion design courses.

In this space students can design, pattern cut and sew garments. We have industrial sewing machines and overlockers, specialist industrial sewing machines, industrial irons, fussing presses and dress stands.

Students have previously produced Grayson Perry’s Chancellor Robes, projects for fashion labels such as Dior and Louis Vuitton, tailored jackets and final collections for the press show.
