I am Dean of M School (Fashion, Textiles, Jewellery and Materials) at Central Saint Martins.
With writing as my practice, I have a background in fashion journalism. After studying BA Fashion Communication and Promotion at Central Saint Martins, I worked for London based style magazines and newspapers. I was fashion editor at Sleazenation and have written for GQ, Vogue, ELLE, Wallpaper, Nylon, Dazed, The Face, Grafik, Time Out, Tank, The Guardian, The Sunday Telegraph, The Financial Times, The Observer, The Independent and SHOWstudio.
I’m the author of Modern Menswear, 100 New Fashion Designers, British Fashion Designers, Fashion Designers' Sketchbooks, and FASHION! Central Saint Martins. I’m the director of Writers’ Bloc Ltd, a digital agency connecting brands with fashion writers.
