I am a Special Lecturer on the Central Saint Martins Birkbeck MBA. I bring a wealth of experience in the creative industries, informed by my role as founder and CEO of YourStudio, a leading retail creative agency. YourStudio, with studios in New York, London, Melbourne, and Amsterdam, collaborates with some of the world's most inspiring consumer product brands, including Nike, Google, Netflix, Timberland, and Coach, delivering innovative and strategic retail customer experiences, connected retail environments, and immersive product marketing globally. YourStudio also promotes inclusivity in design through its research platform, Inclusive Spaces.
I am passionate about empowering creative businesses to thrive. Through my lectures and workshops, I equip students with the knowledge and practical skills they need to navigate the challenges and opportunities of working in and running creative businesses. My expertise spans areas such as brand strategy for creative businesses, building and managing creative teams, and developing innovative business models for the creative industries.
Beyond my business acumen, I am dedicated to fostering a positive work culture and advocating for social mobility through creativity. My entrepreneurial leadership style is
characterised by transparency, patience, and tenacity. I am deeply passionate about creative thinking, constantly challenging and exploring how the mind works, and optimising creativity through design and strategic thinking.
In addition to my work at Central Saint Martins, I founded Vital Hardware, a charity focused on supporting future working-class creatives by providing laptops and access to the creative industry. I am also a highly passionate speaker about creative topics such as inclusivity in design and the power of brand and the creative process in schools, universities, and industry events.
