Delivered by entrepreneurs and industry experts from London College of Fashion, UAL’s Fashion Business School, the ‘Help to Grow: Management’ leadership course provides time away from the challenges of running a business for founders to invest in their leadership, and to learn how to take their business to the next level. This 12-week course covers business-focused learning, and provides nationwide networking opportunities and one-to-one mentor support, online and face-to-face to fit around existing work commitments.

As applications open for the next cohort starting this October, we spoke to Josie Pearson, Agency Manager at The Bureau, in the video below who shared why this course was a transformational experience in helping her to form the foundations of a successful business.

"Help to Grow Management (HtGM) is a wonderful opportunity for eligible SMEs to boost their leadership skills and their business performance. It is well known that when business owners/leaders invest time in their personal development, their business will also grow. The programme is delivered by business experts here at Fashion Business School, LCF and our recent HtGM alumni have said that the programme has been transformational and excellent experience especially meeting SMEs in a similar position to themselves. Moreover, HtGM is 90% funded by the UK Government and if you are an alumnus of UAL and meet the eligibility requirements, we will offer you a bursary of £750 so the entire 12-week programme, including 1-1 mentoring, will be fully funded."
