Ansel Neckles is a Senior Lecturer on BA (Hons) Photography and Creative Industries, and for Graphic Design on the Diploma in Professional Studies programme for Graphic Design at London College of Communication and across Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges.
A trans-disciplinary designer and strategist, Ansel brings a diverse background to the creative industries, having worked as a senior art director and copywriter for the likes of Tribal DDB and Saatchi & Saatchi, creating campaigns for Volkswagen, The Guardian, Pampers and British Gas and others.He also co-founded the community engagement consultancy TWENTY%EXTRA and the Let's Be Brief platform and studio.
Having worked with clients such as Louis Vuitton, Royal Foundation, Channel 4, British Council, Virgin, Peabody, and Time's UP UK, he holds positions as a trustee at Design Can, and has been a D&AD Yellow Pencil judge and brief writer.
His work currently focuses on the power of culture and communication to engage and educate audiences.
