Industry Mentoring Programme

At London College of Communication, our Industry Mentoring scheme is designed to encourage and support final-year students and recent graduates as they transition from education to the professional world.

This voluntary scheme connects LCC students and graduates from all disciplines with experienced industry professionals to help them navigate the early stages of their careers.

Interested in mentoring? Apply to join our next cohort, which will run from February to July 2026, via our online sign-up form.

We’re seeking passionate industry advisors to mentor our students and graduates, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the creative sectors while developing their career aspirations.

Am I eligible to become a mentor?

We welcome mentors who:

Run their own creative practice or have at least 3 years of experience in the design, screen, or media industries.
Have direct experience with the challenges faced by students approaching graduation and entering the professional world.
Are based anywhere in the world—mentoring can be conducted in person or online.

Note: While LCC and UAL alumni are encouraged to apply, it’s not a requirement to have studied with us to participate.
