Lee is Senior Lecturer on BA (Hons) Photography at London College of Communication (LCC). Lee also teaches on the Masters in Fine Art at Goldsmiths College.
Lee’s research is largely situated in fields of comparative media studies and technology. Her writing explores how different technical systems affect the way we see, think and communicate. Central to this work is consideration of the ways human bias and inequality are perpetuated by technical systems.
Lee’s writing has appeared in eflux; Third Text (Routledge) and Leonardo (MIT Press). Her artwork has featured in exhibitions at The Bloomberg Space and Camden Arts Centre. Recent commissions include artwork for the Japanese pop group, Viva Sherry (mottomotto records).
