Tal Amiran is a Senior Lecturer on MA Television at London College of Communication.
Tal is a multiple award-winning filmmaker based in London. His work has been screened at over 200 international film festivals, including the BFI London Film Festival, AFI DOCS, Hamptons International Film Festival, and Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival.
Tal’s films have received numerous accolades, with awards from festivals such as the Woodstock Film Festival and Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival. His work has been shortlisted for the Grierson Awards and the Cinema Eye Honors, longlisted for the British Independent Film Awards (BIFA), and nominated for the One World Media Awards. His films have also been acquired by the BFI National Archive and featured by platforms including Vimeo Staff Pick, Filmmaker Magazine, Aeon, and Argo.
