Comfortable Classical concerts invite anyone and everyone, from young children to older adults, to experience orchestral music. These concerts are more relaxed than traditional classical concerts and feature introductions from the musicians, as well as inspiring performances of classical music. Our audience members are also encouraged to draw and colour while they listen to the music.

On Monday 2 November, you can watch French-inspired music for a brass trio in a programme featuring music by 20th century composers Poulenc and Stravinsky.

Roald Dahl's The Twits Online | Unicorn Theatre

A new theatrical reading of the story, directed by Ned Bennett.

Imagine the worst people you can think of, can you do that? Good. Then you’re just about ready to meet Mr and Mrs Twit, the nastiest couple you could ever hope (not) to meet.

We're overjoyed to be able to share our brand new theatrical reading of one of Roald Dahl's best-loved books about a most despicable couple, The Twits, the clever Muggle-Wump and the magnificent Roly-Poly Bird.

This unabridged reading, filmed in our theatre, is gleeful, gunge-filled digital storytelling aimed at children aged 6 - 12.

Until Monday 30 Nov 2020

Henri Matisse Online: Painting with Scissors | London Drawing Group

This is one of two online drawing classes where tutor Frances Stanfield will guide you through Matisse's playful approach to art making. This second session adopts Matisse's use of scissors as an image making tool and the first is Drawing with Sticks. You don't have to attend both.

Drawing with Sticks is now available on our website.

Matisse is best known for both his delightfully fluid drawing style and exquisite use of colour, particularly in his simplistic cut out works. In both sessions you will be engaged in mimicking Matisse’s expressive and restlessly experimental way of working to inspire you in your own creative endeavours.

This class is suitable for all levels, and this is a Pay What You Can class.

Saturday 7 November 2-3pm
