You are not alone. This group is a safe space to discuss any anxiety-related feelings, emotions, and everyday experiences.
The group hosts are Honorary Assistant Psychologists from Circle Psychology Partners and will offer you exercises that can help you to cope with anxiety and difficult emotions.

Wednesday 11 November, 7pm
Every day for a year, Tara dispersed fragments of family photographs and documents in public places globally including the UK, Iran, Switzerland, and in between borders. She took photographs, made dances, annotations, and Instagram posts on the site of each dispersal.
Join us for an evening to celebrate the coming together of all traces of her Mishandled Archive in this new book, published by LADA. Hosted by Rachel Mars, the event will feature a performative presentation, an excerpt from Tara's performance, as well as special appearances.

In March, Voluntary Arts launched #CreativeNetwork - a series of online get-togethers open to anyone involved in arts, culture and creativity in order to connect and collaborate in unusual times.
This #CreativeNetwork event will discuss how to create welcoming theatre experiences for refugees and those seeking sanctuary, with guest speakers from the Theatre of Sanctuary network.

Be Empowerment presents Black History Talks, a look at the life and work of Marcus Mosiah Garvey, Pan-African leader.
This event is the final part of the three-part historical talk on Marcus Garvey and his work towards Black Empowerment and Black Economics, brought to you by Mandingo and co-host Chalice.

Learn the art of Boro, a Japanese mending technique, in this practical workshop.
Using scrap material and special stitching methods, learn how to repair clothes with beautiful results.
Discover the history and origins of Boro and draw from examples of vintage Boro textiles, collected in Japan by the tutor.
Participants are taught how to repair a garment using scrap fabric and how to use sashiko stitching to enhance and strengthen textiles. Applique and reverse applique techniques are also taught.
This class is suitable for complete beginners.

To celebrate Elmer the Elephant’s 30th birthday, International students from the ‘Certificate in Higher Education: Preparation for Design Media and Screen’, course at London College of Communication, UAL, created an Elmer elephant in collaboration with the artist, Donna Newman.
London College of Communication is taking part in Creative Elephant – a collaboration between Elephant and Castle institutions aiming to demonstrate the amount of talent and number of hidden gems based in the area.
