Student peer mentors are available for undergraduate and postgraduate students. They are here to welcome students to the LCC community, share knowledge ease the transition to university.

What is peer mentoring?

Mentors are students in the second or final year of their course. They provide advice and guidance through one-to-one meetings to help mentees settle into student life. They can help you to reflect on and engage with your learning and development, access support services and find out about social activities across the university.

Mentoring helps build connections between students at different stages of their degree. It can increase academic confidence, support student wellbeing, and help promote diverse and inclusive learning communities.

How can I get involved?
